AGM & Leadership Summit – Design Exchange

An Annual General Meeting and Leadership Summit held at the Design Exchange brought together senior stakeholders and broader teams for a two-part corporate event.

The AGM was delivered in a formal theatre-style setting for approximately 100 senior leaders and shareholders, followed by a summit for 300 attendees featuring a more interactive and experiential format.

The summit included a main stage program with internal and external speakers, six product showcase booths, and an immersive environment designed to encourage engagement across the space. The experience was complemented by a cocktail-style reception with passed canapés and food stations.

The event required coordination across multiple formats within a single venue, ensuring a seamless transition from a formal AGM to a more dynamic summit experience.
