BFUTR brought together entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals for a large-scale conference and expo experience.

The two-day event welcomed over 6,000 attendees and featured a multi-layered program spanning content, exhibition, and curated experiences.

The program included a main stage with 30+ speakers, 12 breakout rooms running multiple sessions throughout the day, and an active marketplace with 30+ partners delivering brand activations. Additional experiences included an executive program for Director+ attendees and a dedicated lounge featuring silent-disco style sessions.

The scale of the event required coordination across multiple stakeholders, including sponsors, speakers, vendors, and on-site teams, with 50+ temporary staff supporting daily operations to ensure seamless delivery across all spaces.

Special Olympics World Games Opening & Closing Ceremony

7,500 athletes from more than 190 nations came together in front of 40,000 spectators to mark the official start & end of the largest sports and humanitarian event in the world.
