Bruno Mars performed at du Arena, Yas Island (Abu Dhabi) as part of a large-scale live concert event.

The event brought together an audience of 20,000+, featuring a full-scale production with live performances, supporting acts, and a New Year’s Eve celebration.

Role: Overall project management including artist liaison, logistical planning, budget management, venue operations (staffing, branding, VIP areas), ticketing, and oversight of marketing, communications, and sponsorships.

Delivered in collaboration with Flash Entertainment (now Ethara).
