Andrea Bocelli performed at du Arena, Yas Island (Abu Dhabi) as part of a large-scale live concert event.

The performance featured a full-scale production with a repertoire spanning operatic arias and crossover music, delivering a high-quality live experience for an audience of 8,000+ attendees.

Role: Led overall project management including artist liaison, logistical planning, budgeting, venue operations (staffing, branding, VIP areas), ticketing, and oversight of marketing, communications, and sponsorships.

Delivered in collaboration with Flash Entertainment (now Ethara).
