Winterland Carnival– Abu Dhabi

Winterland Carnival transformed du Forum, Yas Island into a large-scale indoor winter-themed experience in Abu Dhabi.

The event featured a custom-built snow park, snow tubing ramp, carnival rides, and interactive attractions, alongside a marketplace, food trucks, and roaming entertainment.

The delivery required coordination across multiple zones including attractions, retail, food and beverage, and live entertainment, ensuring a seamless visitor experience throughout the venue.

The multi-day event attracted over 20,000 attendees annually, with continuous programming and high footfall across all areas.

Delivered in collaboration with Flash Entertainment (now Ethara).
